When you pre-book, the money is transferred to our account. This guarantees your place on the course and the equipment and we can plan the start of the course for the day following your arrival at 10:00.
If the wind is unexpectedly bad and you cannot fully avail of the activities booked, we will give you a voucher for the activities OR the money paid will be refunded.
The "Money back Guarantee" does not cover the storage of your own equipment.
